Overview
Engagement Insights is a tool designed to help instructors monitor student engagement so it's easier to determine which students might need a little extra attention to keep them on track in the discussions. Our goal is to let instructors spend more of their time teaching and less trying to monitor the classroom for students who may be at a risk of possible drop out.
It uses modern AI data science to examine the engagement of each student relative to their peers in the discussions and then groups students by risk levels with easy to read concerns that the instructor can use to determine if they'd like to reach out to the student. It shows how long the students have been at risk as well as areas the student is improving so instructors have a complete picture of where the student is at today.
Concerns
Engagement Insights tracks how students are doing based on past topics compared to their peers and how they are doing in the current topic.
