Overview
Harmonize Chat now supports browser notifications so you can be alerted about new messages even if you're working in other browser tabs or other apps on your device. Clicking on a notification will take you directly to the chat conversation, either in the chat window you already have open in your browser or opening a new chat window for you.
Please note that at this time, Harmonize Chat notifications only work in the following browsers:
- Desktop Browsers
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Mobile Browsers
- Google Chrome (Android Only)
