Frequently Asked Questions
Q. The Harmonize recorder is not recording my audio or video. How can I fix this?
- It is likely that your browser has not been granted the proper access to your microphone. See Troubleshooting Recording Permissions.
Q. What happens when I hit the time limit?
- When you hit the time limit, Harmonize will act as though you have hit the "Stop" button. Recording will cease, and we will process the recording so you can review it.
